The Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 requires anyone providing New Zealand immigration advice from New Zealand to be licensed and adhere to a code of practice.

New migrants can be confident they are getting sound advice and professional service at a fair price when they work with a Licensed Adviser. The creation of professional standards for Immigration Advisers is helping protect migrants against receiving poor advice or unprofessional behaviour, and being charged unfair fees.

ITNZs professional partner in immigration works directly with each member of the programme. The category under which an application for a visa to live, work in new Zealand will depend on an individuals circumstances. The immigration process can be fuelled by many insecurities and uncertainties, but the key to success is to have the right team working for you.
